Returns and Refunds Policy

At Big Yang, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items.

Eligible Items

The following items may be returned if they meet our return conditions:

  • Apparel (t-shirts, long sleeve tees)
  • Skincare products (serums, creams, lotions)
  • Hair care products (shampoo bars, conditioning rinse)

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition: Products must be unused, unworn, and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of used products for health and safety reasons.
  • Original packaging: Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached (for apparel) or seals intact (for personal care products).
  • Proof of purchase: You must provide your order number or receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or opened personal care products (skincare, hair care, lotions, serums)
  • Worn, washed, or used apparel items
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Products showing signs of use or wear

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at bigyangllc@gmail.com to arrange the exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at bigyangllc@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

How to Initiate a Return
